COMPANY OVERVIEW

Advanced Power Machinery Pty Ltd was established in 1997 by Vlado and Debra Raus to cater for the growing requirement for an Australian company to design and manufacture Ground Power Units.  Advanced Power Machinery grew out of Advanced Rewinds Pty Ltd.

Advanced Rewinds Pty Ltd was established in 1986 by Vlado and Debra Raus. Its first field of work is related to the rewind, repair, design and modification of electric motors. We have for many years serviced motors and associated equipment for the Department of Defence Navy, and this is where our first opportunity in ground power units came from. In 1993/94 we overhauled ground power units for the Navy; this gave us an insight into design and manufacture errors, and the conditions in which these units operate under in the field.

Advanced Power Machinery Pty Ltd has been incorporated to facilitate the manufacture of ground power equipment.

Advanced Power Machinery have a strong team of professional people that are dedicated to delivering the products and services that will drive this new phase of development embarked upon by the directors.

Both companies have good sound fundamentals in all areas, and with continuing improvements to the organisation structure and marketing, Advanced Power Machinery Pty Ltd have a very bright and exciting future.

Advanced Power Machinery is an approved RAAF (Royal Australian Air Force) contractor, a registered supplier to the Australian Defence Force, member of Australian Industry Defence Network (AIDN). The company is accredited to ISO 9001:2000 certification Lic20072.

Both Advanced Rewinds and Advanced Power Machinery are Quality endorsed companies, complying with Quality Management Systems & Requirements as set out in AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.
